The Turtle cheesecake is made from all natural ingredients from the bounty of Northern California. We use no preservatives or additives to prolong shelf life. The crust is graham cracker crumbs and toasted chopped pecans. Then comes a rich mound Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake, surrounded by creamy New York Style cheesecake. The cheesecake is then topped with a buttery Caramel topping, garnished with more toasted pecans, what a treat!
