Shipping
Unless one of the expedited delivery options is selected, standard shipment will be via ground. Next day, Second Day, Afternoon and Saturday delivery is available in most areas at additional cost.
We Can not deliver on Mondays We will not have our awesome desserts sitting in the shippers trucks over the weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Standard Delivery and Second Day orders received by 10:00 pm ET are generally shipped the next business day. Next Day, Second Day and Saturday orders received by 10:00pm. Orders received after 10:00 am ET are shipped the next business day.
Arrival time for Standard Delivery orders is 1-7 days, depending on destination and when the order has been received. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless the Second Day, Next Afternoon or Saturday option is specified at checkout, and the additional charges accepted.
Our couriers are very reliable; however, our responsibility for timely delivery is limited to consigning the shipment to the courier in accordance with the above stated policies. The carrier may leave the package at the doorstep unless you request us not to. The carrier's statement that the package has been left at the door constitutes proper delivery.
When comparing different sites, be sure the size of the cake and the shipping method are similar. Some online cheesecakes are as small as 15 oz, that's less than 1 pound!
On some sites your $49.95 Gourmet dessert can end up costing $85.00 or more. So...be careful!
If ordering for a holiday or birthday delivery we will adjust the charges to guarantee your delivery is made on time.
